Hawaii: Poke (Maui Onion)

Poke is raw-fish salad that originates in Hawaii and is usually made from cube cut fish (usually tuna), soy sauce, scallion and sesame oil.

Thailand: Pad Thai (Spice-Union Square)

Pad Thai is a stir-fry dish and usually consists of dried rice noodles, eggs, scallions, fish sauce, crushed peanuts and bean sprouts.

Japanese: Sushi (Nomado 33)

Can you think about a more Japanese dish other than sushi? Here is what makes sushi so delicious: white short-grained rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and imitation crabmeat or raw fish.

Indian: Tandoori Chicken (Spice Walla Indian Cuisine)

Traditional in India, tandoori chicken is made of chicken thighs marinade in yogurt with garlic and oregano and garam masala.
