Ahhhh, the smell of summer. It’ so close, but yet so far. As we encroach on the warmer weather and more opportunities to eat outside in the fresh air, we think about what we can eat. Sky’s the limit really, but fresh seafood comes to mind, especially when it’s National Shrimp Day.
